Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Payment processing. For orders processed via Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles payment-related returns and refunds. For help with your guide, course, or access, write to hello@myfirstwebsite.today. Payment and refund assistance is also available through the Paddle order support information on your receipt.
Statutory withdrawal rights. Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right may be lost when delivery begins only if the purchaser has expressly consented to immediate performance, acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and received the legally required confirmation. If these conditions are not met, statutory rights remain applicable.
Courses and preorders. The specific rights depend on the product and when digital content or services begin. Purchasing a preorder does not, by itself, waive statutory rights. No clause here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Problems with delivery. If your PDF fails to download or your temporary link expires, contact hello@myfirstwebsite.today with your purchase email and Paddle reference. We can assist with restoring access after checking the purchase. Do not send payment-card details.
How to request help or withdrawal. Contact hello@myfirstwebsite.today or Paddle through the order-support information on your receipt. Where legally required, the site must also provide the applicable electronic withdrawal function during the withdrawal period.
